For people who know what to do

… and still don’t do it.

No awkward sales calls. Just a quick intake form.

Private coaching for capable humans who are done breaking promises to themselves.

You’re not confused.
You’ve read the books. Made the plans. Bought the cute planners and the highlighters.

For some reason, showing up for everyone else is easy.
Showing up for yourself?

Weirdly hard.

So you wait for 'next week' to be better... but the cycle just repeats.

It’s not a discipline problem.
It’s a skill gap.
And that’s exactly what we work on here.

No awkward sales calls. Just a quick intake form.

You start things with real intention.

And then you miss a day.

Then another.

And suddenly it’s been two weeks and you’re annoyed at yourself again.

You’ve bought the planners.
Half of them are still very nice and very blank.

The other half have strong first-week energy and then radio silence.

You’re capable in most areas of your life.
You handle work. Family. Deadlines.

Which is exactly why this feels so weird.

When it comes to the goals you chose for yourself, writing, projects, routines, the stuff that’s supposed to make your life better

it’s weirdly hard to stay consistent.

So you reset. Again.

New plan. New system. New Monday energy. Same frustration when it doesn’t last.

After a while, it’s not just annoying. It starts messing with your confidence.

Like… why can’t I just do what I said I would?

Trying to figure it out by yourself gets exhausting.

What Really Changes with Coaching

Your to-do list actually shrinks.

Your goals feel clearer.

You know exactly what to do.

You stop constantly restarting.

You trust yourself again.

And you consistently do the things you said you would

It’s a skill problem

If discipline actually worked, you’d be done by now.

You’ve tried being harder on yourself. You’ve tried being nicer, too. Maybe you’ve even tried pretending you don’t care and seeing if that helps. It doesn’t.

Following through isn’t a personality trait. It’s not something you either “have” or “don’t have.” It’s a set of skills most people were never taught. You were just expected to magically figure it out somewhere between learning to walk and being declared an adult.

So you rely on motivation. Or Monday energy. Or shame. And when that fails again, you’re frustrated and annoyed.

You don’t need more willpower.

You need structure. Practice. Feedback. And the actual skills of follow-through.

You can learn this. You’ve learned harder things before.

The Follow-Through Framework

You don’t need to start over.

You don’t need to scrap you everything.

You need to refine.

The Follow-Through Framework is a simple process you move through in 90-day cycles so you can make real progress instead of constantly restarting.

You decide what actually matters right now.
You test it in real life and see what actually works.
Then you adjust what isn’t working and try a better approach.

Instead of repeating the same cycle of start strong, fall off, feel guilty…

You move through a process with more awareness. More intention.

And more trust in yourself each time.

Is this right for you?

This is a good fit if you:

  • Are willing to experiment, reflect, and adjust as you go

  • Want to build the skills it takes to actually follow through

  • Are open to being challenged and stepping outside your comfort zone

  • Are willing to give your growth time, energy, and attention outside of check-ins

  • Want accountability that keeps you engaged

This is not a good fit if you:

  • Want a weekly Zoom call

  • Want a step-by-step prescription you don’t have to think about

  • Want someone to tell you exactly what to do

  • Aren’t willing to try new approaches or revisit old ones in a different way

  • Want change without being actively involved in the process

Frequently Asked Questions

If you've scrolled this far, you probably have a question.

  • A lot of coaching programs are based around achieving a specific goal, like health and career coaching. They're great but can still leave you with a skill gap. With this coaching you'll work on the underlying skills you need to follow-through on any type of goal.

  • There is no minimum commitment, and you only stay as long as it's helpful. If life happens and you need to prioritize differently or you decide this is not a good fit, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

  • It's worth the investment to become a version of yourself who consistently does what they say they will.

  • You can expect to spend 30-60 mins on your check-in forms. And some extra time for curriculum and self-practice exercises. You will also spend some time on self-reflection and the daily actions you choose.

This doesn't need to take over your life, but you do need to give it some time and attention.

  • You'll get access to your client Google Drive folder. And an app where we can easily communicate through video, voice, and text messages.

  • Most of my clients want coaching, but do not want to add another weekly call to their schedule. And they definitely don't want to coordinate with yet another person's schedule. Call-free coaching removes that obstacle, while providing strong support.

  • You don't need to feel ready; you just need to believe you can change.

You know what you want to do.

Let's do it
